Barriers Survey
Articles in nursing Journals indicate that nurses in practice do not use the results of research to help guide their practice. There are a number of reasons this might be. We would like to know the extent to which you think each of the folowing is a barrier to nurses' use of research to alter/enhance their practice. If you currently hold a position in a clinical site, please answer the questions in relation to your CURRENT work setting. If you do not currently practice, you may refer to your last clinical experience or provide your general perceptions. For each item, select the response that best represents your view. Thank you for sharing your views with us.
