I plan to submit the results from my capstone research project for publication to a scholarly nursing education journal. I plan to become OCN certified by the Spring of 2012. Continue to participate as adjunct clinical faculty
in a graduate nursing school program. Begin working in oncology nursing in advanced practice role.
Year 3
Publish case study in advanced practice nursing role. Apply and be accepted into oncology fellowship to enhance my clinical skills and education in oncology.
Year 4
