Doctor of Nursing Practice Portfolio

Welcome to my Doctor of Nursing Practice digital Academic Portfolio. My scholarly achievements as a member of the second cohort of the Texas Woman’s University Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program are outlined in this digital portfolio.

Each of the 12 Core Courses and 4 electives for the DNP program at Texas Woman’s University are represented under the DNP Curriculum navigation heading, and includes examples of power point presentations, written papers, and video presentations from each of these courses. The publications folder contains my peer-reviewed article, which was accepted for publication. This digital portfolio also contains my Professional Capstone Project, represented by manuscript, poster, and video of the final defense.

I will continue to grow in my clinical practice working with, and increasing my knowledge of, the pediatric population. I plan to serve as a MS and DNP clinical mentor by becoming adjunct faculty in a graduate nursing school program. Completing the DNP program at Texas Woman’s University has provided me with unprecedented knowledge increasing my clinical and scholarly growth.
